Patr\u00ed sem predov\u0161etk\u00fdm Teoretick\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia s n\u00e1zvom \u201eHybridn\u00fd pohon bojov\u00e9ho vozidla pechoty (BVP)\u201c spracovan\u00e1 a prijat\u00e1 v roku 2004, Predbe\u017en\u00fd technick\u00fd projekt spracovan\u00fd a prijat\u00fd v auguste 2005, Kone\u010dn\u00fd technick\u00fd projekt spracovan\u00fd a prijat\u00fd v novembri 2005, V\u00fdroba funk\u010dn\u00e9ho vzoru hybridn\u00e9ho pohonu bojov\u00e9ho vozidla pechoty \u2010 OT 90 spracovan\u00fd a prijat\u00fd v novembri 2006 a Optimaliz\u00e1cia a overenie funkci\u00ed hybridnej pohonnej s\u00fastavy vozidla BVP \u2013 OT 90 v roku 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klade doteraj\u0161ieho v\u00fdvoja je o motorovom vozidle bud\u00facnosti ist\u00e9 to, \u017ee nebude poh\u00e1\u0148an\u00e9 palivom na fosilnom z\u00e1klade a z poh\u013eadu s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9ho stavu rozvoja technol\u00f3gi\u00ed je ist\u00e9, \u017ee cesta k tomu bude asi jedna, ale zlo\u017een\u00e1 z mnoho krokov.<\/p>\n<p>Pri h\u013eadan\u00ed alternat\u00edvnych pohonn\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov ud\u00e1vaj\u00fa smer ekologick\u00e9 a ekonomick\u00e9 \u00favahy. V\u00fdvoj motorov\u00e9ho vozidla zajtraj\u0161ka je koncentrovan\u00fd predov\u0161etk\u00fdm do h\u013eadania alternat\u00edvnych pal\u00edv a k tomu n\u00e1le\u017eiacich alternat\u00edvnych pohonn\u00fdch koncepci\u00ed. T\u00e1to strat\u00e9gia sa orientuje na dve z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 \u00falohy: zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed a vyu\u017eitie regenerat\u00edvnych nosi\u010dov energie.<\/p>\n<p>Ot\u00e1zky pokr\u00fdvania energetick\u00fdch potrieb patria v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti medzi najnaliehavej\u0161ie probl\u00e9my, ktor\u00e9 ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa \u010fal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj \u013eudskej spolo\u010dnosti. Z\u00e1sah do z\u00e1sob energie m\u00e1 st\u00e1le rozhoduj\u00faci vplyv na v\u00fdvoj \u013eudsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Postupn\u00e9 vy\u010derpanie z\u00e1sob fos\u00edlnych pal\u00edv, predov\u0161etk\u00fdm ich u\u0161\u013eachtil\u00fdch druhov ako s\u00fa ropa, zemn\u00fd plyn a pod., m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledok zvy\u0161ovanie cien surov\u00edn a \u010fal\u0161ie zvy\u0161ovanie infl\u00e1cie. Kone\u010dn\u00e1 z\u00e1soba fos\u00edlnych nosi\u010dov energie nem\u00f4\u017ee posta\u010dova\u0165 st\u00fapaj\u00facej potrebe energie. Navy\u0161e spa\u013eovan\u00edm ropy vznikaj\u00fa \u0161kody odpovedaj\u00face spa\u013eovaniu suroviny plnej hodnotn\u00fdch chemick\u00fdch produktov, preto\u017ee fos\u00edlne paliv\u00e1 nepredstavuj\u00fa len zdroj energie, ale i cenn\u00e9 suroviny chemick\u00e9ho priemyslu. Sp\u00e1len\u00e1 ropa bude bud\u00facim gener\u00e1ci\u00e1m ch\u00fdba\u0165. V bud\u00facich\u00a020 a\u017e 30 rokoch sa o\u010dak\u00e1va zni\u017eovanie produkcie ropy v Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanii. Je mo\u017en\u00e9 o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 zvy\u0161uj\u00facu z\u00e1vislos\u0165 na importe ropy.<\/p>\n<p>Ozbrojen\u00e9 sily \u010dlensk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1tov NATO reaguj\u00fa na negat\u00edvnu predikciu v pohonoch motorov\u00fdch vozidiel na fos\u00edlne paliv\u00e1 u\u017e vo vedeckej \u0161t\u00fadii spracovanej v roku 1998 t\u00fdkaj\u00facej sa pozemn\u00fdch oper\u00e1ci\u00ed v roku 2020 \u201eLO 2020\u201c. Predikat\u00edvna \u00faloha uvedenej \u0161t\u00fadie spo\u010d\u00edva v zhodnoten\u00ed s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9ho stavu nov\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed \u2013 vr\u00e1tane e\u0161te nezn\u00e1mych a nepreb\u00e1dan\u00fdch a vo v\u0161eobecnej dedukcii mo\u017en\u00fdch obrann\u00fdch aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed, v ktor\u00fdch by sa mohli uplatni\u0165. Z anal\u00fdzy vplyvu technol\u00f3gi\u00ed navedenie man\u00e9vrov a zaistenie mobility vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee potenci\u00e1lne revolu\u010dn\u00e9 zmeny mo\u017eno o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 po zaveden\u00ed efekt\u00edvnych elektrick\u00fdch a hybridn\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch pohonn\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Zaveden\u00edm hybridn\u00fdch, alebo elektrick\u00fdch pohonn\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov vozidiel sa podpor\u00ed jeden z k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch vojensk\u00fdch cie\u013eov \u2013 \u013eah\u0161ie, r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie, pru\u017enej\u0161ie a nevidite\u013enej\u0161ie vozidl\u00e1 v\u0161etk\u00fdch typov. T\u00fdm by sa mali zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 aj n\u00e1klady na \u00fadr\u017ebu a v\u00fdrazne zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 logistick\u00e1 n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165. T\u00e1to koncepcia je prioritn\u00e1 v zmysle po\u017eiadaviek na strategick\u00e9 a opera\u010dn\u00e9 temp\u00e1 a preto si vy\u017eaduje prioritn\u00e9 invest\u00edcie na realiz\u00e1ciu.<\/p>\n<p>Ozbrojen\u00e9 sily SR v r\u00e1mci rozvoja zlo\u017eiek vojensk\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed prikro\u010dili k rozvoju k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed i v oblasti pohonn\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov bojov\u00fdch a dopravn\u00fdch vozidiel. Bola zalo\u017een\u00e1 \u00faloha vedy a techniky, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 prostredn\u00edctvom z\u00e1kladn\u00e9ho a aplikovan\u00e9ho v\u00fdskumu ako i experiment\u00e1lneho v\u00fdvoja rie\u0161i\u0165 inov\u00e1ciu pohonu bojov\u00e9ho vozidla pechoty BVP \u2013 2. Po\u017eaduje sa vozidlo s mo\u017enos\u0165ou samostatn\u00e9ho pohonu na dieselov\u00fd motor, resp. elektromotor ako aj spolo\u010dn\u00e9ho hybridn\u00e9ho pohonu, \u010do zv\u00fd\u0161i spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 vozidla a jeho nedetekovate\u013enos\u0165. \u00da\u010dinne tichou prev\u00e1dzkou sa zlep\u0161\u00ed faktor nespozorovate\u013enosti vozidla, ktor\u00e1 je po\u017eadovan\u00e1 pre plnenie \u00faloh v nov\u00fdch druhoch vojensk\u00fdch konfliktov i nevojensk\u00fdch druhoch ohrozen\u00ed. Pre zabezpe\u010denie potrebnej dynamiky pohybu ako i man\u00e9vrovac\u00edch schopnost\u00ed vozidla sa po\u017eaduj\u00fa v\u00fdkonov\u00e9 parametre hybridn\u00e9ho pohonu na \u00farovni p\u00f4vodn\u00e9ho mechanick\u00e9ho pohonu piestov\u00fdm spa\u013eovac\u00edm motorom.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klade vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00e9ho zadania bolo cie\u013eom rie\u0161enia \u00falohy v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja, teoreticky analyzova\u0165 mo\u017enosti prestavby bojov\u00e9ho vozidla BVP \u2013 2 z mechanick\u00e9ho pohonu na pohon hybridn\u00fd, vypracova\u0165 technick\u00fd projekt hybridn\u00e9ho pohonu a n\u00e1sledne zrealizova\u0165 navrhnut\u00fa prestavbu vozidla.<\/p>\n<p>K limituj\u00facim okrajov\u00fdm podmienkam rie\u0161enia patrili:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>zachova\u0165 \u00fa\u010del vozidla,<\/li>\n<li>zachova\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00fa koncepciu vozidla<\/li>\n<li>zachova\u0165 dynamick\u00e9 vlastnosti a man\u00e9vrovacie schopnosti vozidla<\/li>\n<li>zachova\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00fd pohon vozidla piestov\u00fdm spa\u013eovac\u00edm motorom<\/li>\n<li>zlep\u0161i\u0165 palivov\u00fa efekt\u00edvnos\u0165 prev\u00e1dzky vozidla<\/li>\n<li>dosiahnu\u0165 prev\u00e1dzku vozidla s minimalizovanou hlu\u010dnos\u0165ou, t.j. \u201ebezhlu\u010dn\u00fa prev\u00e1dzku vozidla na elektrick\u00fd pohon\u201c,<\/li>\n<li>zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 pohonn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu vozidla<\/li>\n<li>zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 detekovate\u013enos\u0165 vozidla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div>\n<p>Vozidlo BVP OT 90 s hybridn\u00fdm pohonom je ur\u010den\u00e9 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm na boj proti terorizmu. Hybridn\u00e1 hnacia jednotka, ktor\u00e1 tvory z\u00e1klad tohto vozidla v sebe kombinuje pohon naftov\u00fdm spa\u013eovac\u00edm motorom a elektromotorom. Pou\u017eitie t\u00fdchto dvoch motorov umo\u017e\u0148uje pr\u00e1cu hybridnej hnacej jednotky v r\u00f4znych re\u017eimoch, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>klasick\u00fd pohon iba naftov\u00fdm spa\u013eovac\u00edm motorom<\/li>\n<li>pohon elektrick\u00fdm motorom<\/li>\n<li>hybridn\u00fd pohon, ktor\u00fd kombinuje oba predo\u0161le pohony<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div>\n<p>Vodi\u010d ovl\u00e1da hybridn\u00fd pohon a vo\u013ebu jednotliv\u00fdch re\u017eimov cez dotykov\u00fd displej, ktor\u00fdm sa ovl\u00e1da centr\u00e1lna riadiaca jednotka.<\/p>\n<p>Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou v\u00fdhodou tohto vozidla je mo\u017enos\u0165 prev\u00e1dzky na takzvan\u00fd tich\u00fd chod, pri ktorom je vozidlo poh\u00e1\u0148an\u00e9 iba elektromotorom, ktor\u00fd je nap\u00e1jan\u00fd z trak\u010dn\u00fdch akumul\u00e1torov. Kapacita t\u00fdchto akumul\u00e1torov umo\u017e\u0148uje prev\u00e1dzku vozidla v tichom chode po dobu 30 min\u00fat. Napriek tomu, \u017ee vozidlo v tomto re\u017eime nedosahuje dynamick\u00e9 vlastnosti ako pri hybridnom pohone, s\u00fa v\u0161ak tieto dostato\u010dn\u00e9 nepozorovan\u00fd presun.<\/p>\n<p>V hybridnom re\u017eime dosahuje vozidlo porovnate\u013en\u00e9, v mnohom aj lep\u0161ie dynamick\u00e9 vlastnosti ako pri pohone p\u00f4vodn\u00fdm naftov\u00fdm motorom.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00e9 \u010dasti hybridn\u00e9ho pohonu vozidla, s\u00fa spa\u013eovac\u00ed motor, elektromotor, spojovacia prevodovka, bat\u00e9rie, invertor a riadiaci syst\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4><strong>V\u0160EOBECN\u00dd POPIS VOZIDLA A JEHO CHARAKTERISTIKA<\/strong><\/h4>\n<div><strong><\/strong>Vozidlo OT\u201090 Hybrid (Obr. \u010d. 0), je vozidlo s paraleln\u00fdm hybridn\u00fdm pohonom, ktor\u00fd je kombin\u00e1ciou spa\u013eovacieho motora a elektromotora. Technick\u00fd popis pojedn\u00e1va o zmen\u00e1ch vozidla OT\u201090 Hybrid vo\u010di klasick\u00e9mu vozidlu OT\u201090.Ke\u010f\u017ee vozidlo m\u00e1 zachovan\u00e9 viacer\u00e9 \u010dasti OT\u201090, s\u00fa v tomto technickom popise popisovan\u00e9 rozdielnosti vozidla OT\u201090 Hybrid vo\u010di p\u00f4vodn\u00e9mu vozidlu. Je tvoren\u00fd ve\u017eou a \u010das\u0165ou korby. Od motorov\u00e9ho priestoru je oddelen\u00fd motorovou prep\u00e1\u017ekou.<\/p>\n<p>Nako\u013eko v tomto funk\u010dnom vzore je ve\u017eov\u00fd komplet odstr\u00e1nen\u00fd je tento priestor zl\u00fa\u010den\u00fd s priestorom roja.<\/p>\n<h4>PRIESTOR ROJA<\/h4>\n<p>Priestor roja je umiestnen\u00fd v zadnej \u010dasti vozidla. V tomto funk\u010dnom vzore je spojen\u00fd s bojov\u00fdm priestorom do jedn\u00e9ho celku.Priestor roja je ur\u010den\u00fd pre umiestnenie roja po \u0161tyroch miestach na ka\u017edej strane.\u00a0V tomto priestore s\u00fa umiestnen\u00e9 akumul\u00e1tory, diely elektrick\u00e9ho zariadenia, sedadl\u00e1 roja, \u010derpadlo pre od\u010derp\u00e1vanie vody, pr\u00edvod vzduchu pre \u010dlenov roja, potrubie pre nas\u00e1vanie vzduchu, ventil\u00e1tory pre ods\u00e1vanie plynov z priestoru roja a strie\u013ene pre stre\u013ebu z ru\u010dn\u00fdch zbran\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Nad sedadlami s\u00fa\u00a0v strope dva otvory z p\u00f4vodn\u00fdch \u0161tyroch pre v\u00fdstup roja.
